Supply Chain Management

The Supply Chain Management team at a2 oversees the end-to-end logistics of procuring, manufacturing, and distributing premium dairy nutritional products. This includes managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, ensuring cost-efficient operations, and coordinating international and domestic supply chains to deliver products that contain the A2 beta-casein protein type efficiently and effectively.
