Sasha Lloyd

Sasha Lloyd is an accomplished professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Partner and Head of International & Global Licensing Strategy at A24 since December 2015. Lloyd also founded Juniper Road in June 2014, which provides bespoke business and financial advisory services tailored to the entertainment community. Additionally, Lloyd holds a position as an Executive Branch Member at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since June 2024. Previously, Lloyd co-founded GHL & Company, a boutique investment bank focused on the entertainment industry, where innovative structured solutions were developed to enhance capital efficiency. With a background in structured finance from Goldman Sachs, where over $3 billion in deal volume was structured and advised, Lloyd possesses a strong foundation in providing creative capital solutions. Lloyd holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge, earned between 2001 and 2005.
