Anna de Fidio

Anna De Fidio has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR - People Development and Talent Management and HR - Responsabile Knowledge Management at a2a since March 2020. Prior to this role, Anna worked at MIP Politecnico di Milano from November 2005 to March 2020 as a Training Project Manager, overseeing and coordinating customized managerial training projects for corporate clients. Anna holds a post-graduate degree in HR - Selection, Training and Development of Human Resources from CSL Milano (2004-2005) and a degree in Scienze dell'educazione - Esperto nei processi formativi from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca (2000-2004).
