Valeria Verardi

Valeria Verardi serves as the Service Design Lead at a2a since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Fjord, part of Accenture Song, where Valeria worked from October 2019 to June 2023 as a Service Design Senior Analyst and held various positions including Service & Interaction Designer and Service Designer. Earlier experience includes the role of IDeaLs Design Researcher at the Center for Creative Leadership from June 2018 to September 2019 and participation in the Accenture Mentoring Program for STEM Girls Leading in the New from July 2018 to July 2019. Valeria Verardi earned a Master of Science in Product Service System Design and Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, along with a Bachelor's degree in Design della Comunicazione from the same institution. Educational background includes a Diploma di maturità in Scientifico Bilingue from Liceo Scientifico G. Banzi Bazoli Lecce, completed in 2013.
