Vinya Paramesran

Vinya Paramesran is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at A2B Australia Limited since March 2023, where responsibilities include administering HR processes, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and assisting with performance management and employee relations. Prior to this role, Vinya worked at Reconciliation Australia, managing the recruitment process and serving as the first point of contact for recruitment queries.
