Meraz Ahmed

Meraz Ahmed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and monitoring & evaluation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant (Research) at a2i since February 2024, Meraz previously held the position of Senior Specialist Monitoring & Evaluation for the BRAC Health Programme focused on National TB Control from November 2021 to January 2024. Prior roles include MEAL Officer at Helen Keller International working on the RE-ARRANGE Project, M&E Officer with Solidaridad Network on sustainable agriculture initiatives, Project Manager at the Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies, and Research Associate at Development Research Initiative. Early career experience includes a Research Assistant position at BRAC University. Meraz Ahmed holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics from Jahangirnagar University, completed between 2007 and 2011.
