Louis Pardo

Louis Pardo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, administration, and operations. Currently serving as an Accreditation Officer at A2LA since July 2021, Louis manages account operations for over 100 international customers and conducts audits to recommend accreditation based on compliance with various international standards. Previous roles include Medical Office Assistant at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where Louis maintained patient records and managed doctors' schedules; Concierge at Bozzuto, providing customer service; and Office Assistant for Montgomery County Government, handling court dockets and scheduling. Louis also has experience as a Legal Advocate at House of Ruth, supporting domestic violence victims, and as a Development and Operations Associate at World Central Kitchen.
