Robert Miller currently serves as the General Manager of Accreditation Services at the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), a position held since May 2003. In this role, Robert oversees the daily operations and development of accreditation programs related to various materials testing and product certification areas. Prior to this, Robert gained quality assurance experience at Cessna Aircraft Company from 1998 to 2003. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Friends University.
