Beatriz Flores

Beatriz Flores serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at A2MAC1 since April 2025, bringing extensive HR experience from her previous role as HR Director for Digital Businesses at Carrefour, where responsibilities included overseeing e-commerce and launching Digital Factories. Prior to Carrefour, Beatriz held several key HR positions at CGG, including Global HR Director for Talent Acquisition, Performance & Engagement, where significant initiatives included performance management systems and employee engagement surveys. Additionally, Beatriz has experience as a Global HR Business Partner and HR Director for Latin America at CGG, promoting inclusion and diversity while driving organizational growth. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Promon Engenharia and MBA Lecturer at Ibmec.
