Christian GUET

Christian GUET has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Christian began their career as a Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group from 1989 to 1994. Christian then moved on to work at GAN as a Human Resources Manager from 1994 to 1998.

In 1998, Christian joined Coca-Cola Entreprise SAS, where they held various roles within the HR function, including Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and VP of Human Resources Operations France. Christian'sresponsibilities included managing HR operations for multiple locations and divisions, overseeing social institutions, negotiating local agreements, and leading a team of 11 people.

Christian transitioned to Lagardère in 2006, initially serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. During their tenure, they also held the position of VP of Human Resources, where they contributed to unifying and making the branch profitable. Christian played a crucial role in creating and managing the HR department, implementing organizational integration, aligning HR practices, and deploying an HR Information Systems strategy.

From 2011 to 2020, Christian served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lagardère Sports. In this role, they managed a division with 1800 employees across 30 countries, with a turnover of 500 million. Christian focused on unifying the branch, implementing an HR culture, constructing an international matrix organization, and facilitating effective communication with the CEO. Additionally, Christian oversaw the sales process of the division, which was completed in May 2020.

Most recently, Christian has joined A2MAC1 - Decode the future as the Head of Human Resources EMEA starting in 2022.

Christian Guet attended TBS Education from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Diplôme Etudes Supérieures de Commerce et Administration des Entreprises degree with a focus on Marketing.
