Karthik Reddy Solipuram started their work experience in 2017 as a Project Intern at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), where they worked on a project related to speed synchronization of DC motors using a microcontroller. Karthik Reddy gained experience in analyzing embedded systems, programming microcontrollers, and optimizing project outputs.
In 2018, Karthik worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Medha Servo Drives Pvt Ltd, where they were trained in power electronics and PCB testing. Karthik Reddy also gained exposure to electric locomotive components and worked on the Moscow Metro project in collaboration with Traktionssysteme (Austria).
In 2021, Karthik joined Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE as an Intern, where they designed a 12kW series-series resonant circuit for wireless power transfer. This involved software simulation and PCB fabrication for automated, wireless fast charging technology for autonomous mobile robots and industrial trucks.
In 2022, Karthik continued their work at Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE as a Master Thesis Student, gaining further experience in the field.
Most recently, Karthik joined A2MAC1 - Decode the future in 2022 as a Technical Insights & Cost Engineer/Consultant.
Karthik Reddy Solipuram completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from CVR College of Engineering in Hyderabad from 2014 to 2018. Karthik Reddy then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg, which they completed from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Academic Writing Made Easy from edX in June 2021 and a certification in German from Goethe Institut Indien in March 2019.
