Najim ZENNAF has a diverse and extensive work experience. Najim is currently working at A2micile Europe - Azal & domaliance as the CTO - Directeur technique starting from September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO - Directeur général and CTO - Directeur technique at Odéale from May 2016 to August 2021. The group offers babysitting and extra teaching, cleaning, ironing, gardening and do-it-yourself services, among others. The Company acts as an agency and is engaged in the employment of the individuals who work in the customer's house. The Company takes in charge al the duties and administrative aspects of the recruitment of the personnel, such as contracts, pays, social contributions and insurance. The customers don't assume responsibilities of the employer and administrative formalities. The Company operates in France, where it has almost 100 locations. In the first half of 2012, it opened five new subsidiaries. In April 2012, it opened its first office in Belgium and launched a home course Le Coaching sportif. In June 2014, the Company announced that since beginning of 2014, four new agencies were opened.
