Michelle DePaso has over a decade of diverse experience in sales, operations, and customer service, with a significant tenure at A2Z Field Services since September 2014, where responsibilities have included Sales Manager and Operations Supervisor, overseeing teams managing multiple PFC/Default and REO clients. Prior to this, Michelle held various roles such as Team Lead and Bids Specialist at Deb Guyot Designs from 2012 to January 2022, contributing to jewelry design and production. Michelle's career began at 1 Stop Bead Shop, where valuable skills were developed in customer service and design from 2005 to 2016. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Wright State University and an Associate's degree from Columbus State Community College.
