Crystal Dicosola

Crystal Dicosola is an experienced Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at One Dealer Lane and Lender Compliance Technologies since December 2021 and November 2020, respectively, while also serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at A2Z Sync since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Crystal held the position of Head of Human Resources and Finance at F&I Express from November 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing accounting processes and financial systems. Crystal also founded and managed Dynamic Balance, a business in nutrition, from March 2011 to December 2013, where oversight included client assessment and marketing.
