Theresa E. Davis

Theresa E. Davis, MBA, CSM®, is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in project management and technology roles across various organizations. Currently at A3 Consulting LLC since August 2018, Theresa has held multiple titles including Senior Project Manager and User Acceptance Test Manager. Notably, Theresa participated as an Inclusive Product Management Fellow at The Product Management Center at UW, selected from 1,376 applicants for superior potential in product management. Previous roles at E. Holdings, Inc., PNC, PwC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, General Dynamics AIS, Raytheon, and Hewlett-Packard highlight Theresa's expertise in IT project delivery, business continuity, emergency management, and product management for both governmental and commercial sectors. Theresa holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Information Science & Systems from Morgan State University, and completed coursework in Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.
