JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and education consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, JoNataye has also been an Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Previously, JoNataye held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University and Contributing Professor at Walden University. JoNataye's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work and a Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies. Additional experience includes positions as a Project Manager and Assistant Professor at various universities and roles as a School Social Worker in Ohio's educational system.
