Izabella Bauer

Izabella Bauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as Sócia Executiva, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer at A3Data since August 2019, Izabella has previously held significant roles including Data & Analytics Lead at CSU CardSystem and Specialist in Business Intelligence at Prodemge, where contributions were key for providing strategic information to the Government of Minas Gerais. With a strong educational background, including a forthcoming doctorate in Administration from PUC Minas and numerous advanced degrees focused on leadership and information management, Izabella is also a university professor, teaching postgraduate courses in data management and cybersecurity at PUC Minas.
