A400 renders technical services in several fields of engineering. Founded in 1995 the company has grown steadily throughout the years and now relies on the expertise of over 90 employees both in Portugal and the African Continent. 

With the head office in Portugal and branches in Angola, Mozambique, Morocco and Algeria, A400 offers both expertise and experience in several fields of engineering. Working for markets as diverse as the European and African Continents required a versatile organization, which can adapt and respond to any challenges presented by our clients taking in to account the local conditions.

A400 main goal lies in the balance of the three cornerstones of an engineering service:

      -	Quality – All services supplied must respond to client specification along with regulations. A400 invests in offering the highest standard that matches the client’s goal.

      -	Cost – The importance of cost in a project has increased in recent years. Efficiency is mandatory in today’s world where resources must be allocated with higher precision in order to produce competitive projects. A400 is devoted to optimizing projects without sacrificing the required focus on both quality and time opportunity.

      -	Time – The most precious resource is also the most easily squandered. A400 uses several methods to prevent delays such as adequate planning, problem anticipating and efficient coordination between parties.
