Claudette Eleini

Claudette Eleini has been practicing as an Avocate at Barreau de Paris since 1975, focusing on civil and commercial law as well as compensation and claims related to personal injury. Claudette holds leadership roles as Co-President of the commission "Responsabilité-Droit des Assurances" and participates in a working group dedicated to the defense of victims of terrorist attacks, contributing to the publication of a white paper on psychological harm. Since 2018, Claudette has served as Co-President of the Culture and Defense commission at AA-IHEDN. Involvement with the French Heritage Society and a prior role as an Administrator for the Association Française des Professions Libérales reflect Claudette's commitment to the preservation of French heritage and support for professional practices. Additionally, Claudette was accredited as a commander in the citizen reserve within the French Army between 2005 and 2008, and has participated in various defense-related initiatives at IHEDN.
