Lauren Bailey

Lauren Bailey is an accomplished founder, keynote speaker, content developer, and mentor with extensive experience in sales training and leadership development. As the founder of Factor 8, Bailey has dedicated efforts to transforming sales training for virtual environments. In addition, Bailey established #GirlsClub, an initiative aimed at empowering women in sales leadership through skills training and mentoring. With a strong presence in public speaking, Bailey has engaged audiences at various organizations, including Ambition, Outreach, and AA-ISP, inspiring action and fostering community among sales professionals. Prior roles include serving as the Global Director of Training at SAP and leading as Chapter President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals. Lauren Bailey holds a BA in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and New Mexico State University.
