Diane Miller Phr

Diane Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Diane served as the Human Resource Director at A&A Metro Transportation since November 2015. Previously, they had their own consulting company, Miller Human Resource Consulting Services, where they worked as the President and provided HR expertise to small and mid-size companies since November 2002. Prior to that, they worked at Hamilton & Sherwood Employment Services as the Vice President of Human Resources from 1990 to 1998, specializing in employee relations, employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, sexual harassment investigations, OSHA compliance, recruitment, and workers compensation claims management. Diane gained experience as the Human Resource Manager at Microsonics from 1982 to 1992 and started the HR department at Private Eyes Sunglass Corporation as the Director of Human Resources and Administration from 1982 to 1990.

Diane Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University. Diane also holds a High School Diploma from Weymouth High School, where they achieved Honor Roll. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in April 2015. Diane is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), as well as a SHRM-CP, through the HR Certification Institute-HRCI.
