Karen Gould has an extensive career in the aviation industry, with experience ranging from airport operations to contracting management. With over two decades of experience at Auckland Airport and their current role as the National Contractor Manager at AA New Zealand, Karen is well-versed in various aspects of the industry, including contract negotiation, P&L management, and quality and risk management.
