Melanie Cross

Melanie Cross, ALHC, is an experienced Senior Instructional Designer at the Automobile Club of Southern California since November 2015. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Senior Learning and Development Partner at QBE North America from August 1988 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing projects to design and develop training for the company's claims departments and delivering training to personnel. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature from San Diego State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
