Thomas Kwiatek

Thomas Kwiatek, CPCU, is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in management and business development. Currently serving as Regional Manager at AAA Texas since February 2020 and at AAA New Mexico since May 2012, Thomas has held various roles including Business Development Manager and Sales Manager. Responsibilities include planning and executing production growth strategies, training management teams and agents, and driving insurance production through effective leadership. Thomas began the career as a Licensed Insurance Agent, where skills in sales and client relationship building were honed. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science - Legal Studies from the University of Maine and completed the ACE Senior Leadership Education Program at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego in 2017.
