Tonia L. Beard

Tonia L. Beard, MS - MSL/SHRM - SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at AAA Life Insurance Company, a position held since September 2007, where previous roles included Manager, Associate Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior HR Generalist. Tonia began a career in human resources at Pioneer Steel Corporation as a Generalist in 2000, followed by a similar role at Michigan First Credit Union from July 2001 to September 2007. Tonia holds a Master's degree in Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, completed in August 2022, and a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, obtained in 1992.
