Debra Brackeen

Debra Brackeen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and board governance across various sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Faction and a Board Member for both Legacy Youth Leadership and Thirst Project, Brackeen also holds the position of Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at CSAA Insurance Group. Previous roles include Managing Director at Citi, where Brackeen led Global Innovation Network and Incubation efforts, as well as significant positions at Hewlett-Packard, eBay, and Synchron Networks. Brackeen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Stanford University.
