Saul Bonilla

Saul Bonilla started their work experience in 2002 as a Finance and MDM SAP/R3 Super-user at Tetra Pak, responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Saul then became a Process Administrator in the Process Office, implementing process orientation and coordinating process redesign. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Master Data Coordinator and Balanced Scorecard Administration at Tetra Pak. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Process Officer, tracking process compliance, driving audits, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives. From 2012 to 2015, Saul worked as an Americas Business Process Coach at Tetra Pak, providing process coaching, governance, and methodology for process reviews. Since 2016, they have been the Director of Strategic Planning and Projects at AAACESA Almacenes Fiscalizados.

Saul Bonilla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Saul attended this institution from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they completed a mastery program in Process Re-engineering and Change Management at Hammer & Co., specializing in re-ingeniería de Procesos.
