Noel Adachi has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries, primarily in healthcare. Noel currently serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), which accredits various outpatient healthcare facilities and advocates for high-quality healthcare. Prior to this, they held various roles at the College of American Pathologists (CAP), including Vice President of International Market Development, Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development, and Director of Client Relations & Marketing. Noel has also worked at Sysmex America, Inc. as a Director of Sales & National Accounts, and at Baxter Healthcare International Inc. in roles such as Sales Area Manager, Market Manager, and Consultant for Corporate Restructuring. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in corporate information systems at Baxter Healthcare International Inc. and in financial management at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Through their roles, Adachi has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic planning expertise, and a strong focus on business development and client relations.
Noel Adachi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Knox College between 1978 and 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and International Management Policy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1984 to 1986.
