Noel Adachi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Knox College between 1978 and 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and International Management Policy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1984 to 1986.
