Valerie Y. Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credentialing and human capital management consulting. As a Senior Credentialing Analyst at AACE International since April 2010, Valerie oversees the certification processes for candidates, including eligibility verification and the awarding of AACE designations. Previously, Valerie owned Yukari Consulting LLC, providing management and HR consulting across various industries. Roles at Convergys, AspireHR, and as a consultant for Cadbury Schweppes and IBM involved SAP HCM support and implementation, demonstrating expertise in complex human resource systems. Valerie's career in HRIT began at Mylan Laboratories, where leadership in SAP Benefits and payroll integration projects established a strong foundation in human resource information systems. Valerie holds a degree from West Virginia University.
