Robert M. Fernandez

Robert M. Fernandez, PE, is an experienced engineer with a focus on land development and project management. Currently serving as Engineer Manager for the Transportation Group at Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works since October 2016, Robert has previously held senior positions at firms such as SOLTESZ and Bowman Consulting, managing various land development projects. With a strong background in team building, design, and leadership, Robert has contributed to numerous projects throughout a distinguished career that includes roles at major engineering firms since 1988. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
