Ajinkya Shinde

Ajinkya Shinde has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Deputy Vice President - IT at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. since January 2016, with a progression of roles including AVP - IT, Sr. Chief Manager - IT, Chief Manager IT, IT Manager, and Deputy Manager - IT. Prior to this, Ajinkya worked at DHFL from July 2011 to December 2015 as Assistant Manager - IT - Business Analyst, focused on developing and supporting in-house retail lending systems. Ajinkya began the professional journey at Druv Tech Pvt Ltd (UPASS.cc) as Senior Officer - IT, managing process automation and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Educational qualifications include a Master in Computer Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
