Umesh Gour

Umesh Gour is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the housing finance sector. Currently serving as the Regional Legal Manager at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. since October 2020, Umesh is responsible for conducting legal search reports, managing title searches, and reviewing corporate and legal documents. Previous roles include Area Legal Manager, where responsibilities encompassed scrutiny of legal loan documents, verifying legal descriptions, and addressing compliance issues. Umesh has a solid understanding of property laws in India and the legal complexities of securing housing loans. Prior to Aadhar, Umesh worked as a Junior Legal Manager and Legal Officer at Hinduja Housing Finance from July 2018 to October 2020. Umesh holds a B.A.LL.B (Hons) degree.
