Roger Romers

Roger Romers is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a New Product Introduction Engineer at AAE since September 2024. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Senior Production Engineer at Frencken Mechatronics (M) Sdn Bhd from June 2012 to August 2024 and worked at Frencken Europe B.V. from November 1995 to May 2012, where roles included Production Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences (1997-2002) and has engaged in various training programs, including ongoing education at Kenneth Smith training since 2005. Roger's foundational education includes attendance at MTS Fijnmechanica from 1987 to 1992.
