Irene Ribeiro

Irene Ribeiro is an experienced HR consultant, currently working at AAGE - Act Agile Gestão e Estratégia Lda since March 2020. Previously, Irene held positions at Cardan, where responsibilities included HR department creation, implementation of onboarding and training programs, and recruitment processes from November 2020 to February 2025. Prior roles also encompass working as an HR Business Partner at Continental from April 2014 to November 2020, focusing on HR solutions, performance evaluations, and employer branding. Irene started the career in human resources at Impetus Portugal Texteis S.A, Grupo Casais, MeIntegra, and FDO - Construções, gaining expertise in recruitment, training management, and performance evaluations. Irene holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both from Universidade do Minho.
