Irina Porotskaya

Irina Porotskaya serves as a People & Culture Consultant at SAP since October 2018, providing coaching on company policies and managing Leaves of Absence for over 25,000 employees in the US and Canada. Previous roles include HR Project Fellow, where Irina developed a hybrid work policy, and HR BP Fellow, supporting strategic HR consultations and learning sessions. Prior experience encompasses managing HR operations as the sole representative for Coresystems AG in North America and holding various administrative positions at organizations such as Edison Home Health Care and Dell Software. Irina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Education from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia and completed postgraduate studies in Business Communications at the Institute of Foreign Languages in Saint Petersburg.
