Shaun Duffy

Shaun Duffy has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Shaun began their career at AAH Pharmaceuticals as a Supply Chain Development Assistant, where they were responsible for generating and maintaining supply chain reports and analyzing data. Shaun then moved on to become a Buyer, managing the branded prescription medicines category and handling product management, sourcing, and stock control.

In 2012, Shaun joined Celesio UK as a Supply Analyst, overseeing the branded prescription medicines category and taking charge of product launches, negotiations, and stock control. Shaun later became a Supply Chain Manager, managing multiple responsibilities within the company's supply chain services team.

Shaun then joined McKesson UK, first as a PharmaCo Business Manager, where they served as a Strategic Account Manager for pharmaceutical manufacturing clients. Shaun ensured the company met client expectations by delivering on distribution contracts. Shaun then became the Pharma & Speciality Services Team Manager, leading a team responsible for 400+ suppliers and manufacturer clients and developing supply chain solutions to deliver medicines to patients.

Most recently, Shaun worked at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare as the Head of NHS, overseeing multiple teams that partnered with the NHS and pharma manufacturers to establish and deliver clinical homecare to patients.

Currently, Shaun is the Head of Pharma at AAH Pharmaceuticals, where they lead the supplier-facing commercial team and supports pharmaceutical manufacturers with product distribution and value-added services. Shaun focuses on strategic distribution contracts and collaborates with suppliers and pharma manufacturers to design and manage services that ensure timely access to medicines for pharmacy and hospital customers.

Shaun Duffy attended Coventry University from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Business Studies. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2011 to 2013, Shaun pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Management at The Open University.
