Amaka Kolawole

Amaka Kolawole is an accomplished business development and corporate affairs professional, currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Corporate Affairs for West Africa at AAK since September 2025. Previously, Amaka was the Head of Strategy & Business Development for West Africa at Arla Foods from April 2017 to September 2025, where responsibilities included shaping the company's business development and innovation strategy in the region. Amaka also held significant roles such as Director of Brand Strategy at Countless Miles, Vice President of Business Development at One Finance & Investment Limited, and VP of Marketplace Operations at Konga Online Shopping Ltd. With a career foundation that includes positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, Amaka holds two MBAs from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and INSEAD, in addition to a B.S. in Information Technology from Georgia Southern University.
