Jens Chr. Sahl

Jens Chr. Sahl has extensive experience in engineering and production management, with a career spanning over three decades. Since joining AAK in August 1992, Jens has held multiple roles including Production & Project Engineer, Manager of Production Technology, and Production Manager, demonstrating expertise in safety projects, energy optimization, and LEAN management. Jens also served as Team Leader and Manager in the Extraction plant, overseeing a team of 16 employees while maintaining a high safety standard and ATEX compliance. Prior to AAK, Jens was the Daglig Leder at Genan A/S, focusing on the establishment and commissioning of a unique processing facility. Jens began their career as a Vagtgående Maskinmester at Amagerværket, where responsibilities included operating and contributing to the development of control systems for multiple blocks. Jens holds a degree in Udvidet Maskinmester from Odense Maskinmester Skole.
