Jorge Ayala

Jorge Ayala has an extensive work experience in various industries. Jorge started their career at ED&F Man in 1992, where they served as VP of Finance for multiple regions, playing a crucial role in the strategic development of local management teams in several Latin American countries. Jorge then joined Moray Consulting in 2004 as General Manager, overseeing the operational, administrative, regulatory, and financial aspects of the consulting business. In 2005, they joined Ameracash Solutions as CFO, responsible for corporate compliance, finance activities, administration, tax, and regulatory affairs. Since 2011, Jorge has been with AAK, initially as CFO and later promoted to Senior Director of Sourcing and Trading, M&A. In this role, they achieved sustainable growth by leading finance, IT, sourcing, and trading departments, as well as actively contributing to business restructuring and career development of the staff.

Jorge Ayala completed their Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in the field of Finance and Business/Management between 1987 and 1991. Jorge also participated in other activities related to Finance, General Administration, and Accounting at the same university in 1990.
