Lara Sukhtian

Lara Sukhtian currently serves as the HR Centre of Excellence Manager Europe at AAK since 2022, specializing as a Predictive Index Practitioner for behavioral and cognitive assessments. Prior experience includes a role as HR Services Manager at Unilever from 2010 to 2016, overseeing a team of over 20 across multiple countries, managing comprehensive HR processes, and enhancing organizational design. Lara also held positions such as HR Business Partner in the Gulf, HR Manager at AWI - Al Waseet International, Regional Training & Development Specialist at Azadea Group, and Human Resources Officer at Ealing Hospital Trust. Lara holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Business – Marketing from the University of Westminster.
