Megan Griffault

Megan Griffault has extensive experience in human resources. Megan is currently the Head of Human Resources - US at AAK since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Honickman Companies from June 2020 to April 2022. From September 2019 to June 2020, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Innophos. Megan also founded and served as the President of Pearl Leadership Solutions from January 2017 to January 2020. Before that, they held the role of Global HR Director at FMC Corporation from July 2008 to November 2016. Megan's previous experience includes being the VP of Human Resources at L'Oreal USA from October 1999 to July 2008, Director of HR at CNBC in 1999, and working in human resources at Reuters from 1996 to 1999. Megan started their career as an HR Consultant at Prudential Financial in 1989.

Megan Griffault earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University, which they attended from 1985 to 1989.
