Dawn Rohrs Sphr

Dawn Rohrs, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources management. Dawn has held various leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources at Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City and Examinetics, where they provided strategic guidance and oversaw recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Prior to that, Dawn served as Vice President of Human Resources at Wyandot Behavioral Health Network and Human Resources Manager at Recovery Management Corporation/Cargo Largo. Dawn also directed overall human resources operations as VP/Director for Human Resources at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Throughout their career, Dawn has demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, policy development, performance management, and legal compliance.

Dawn Rohrs, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel/Human Resources Management from the University of Northern Iowa. Dawn also holds an Associate of Arts degree from North Iowa Area Community College. Dawn obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2014, and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in November 2015.
