Pranav Agarwal is a seasoned policy professional with extensive experience in government affairs and capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Policy at Aakhya India since January 2022, Pranav has engaged in original research and liaison with multiple government ministries to address industry concerns for both domestic and multinational enterprises. Prior to this role, Pranav worked at Khaitan & Co, contributing to significant capital raising efforts and specializing in primary capital markets. Pranav's legal career commenced with internships across various prestigious firms, providing comprehensive exposure to fields such as competition law, banking and finance, and employment law. Pranav holds a BA LLB (Hons.) from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University, a Summer School certification in Competition Law from the London School of Economics, a General Management Program from Stoa, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from the Takshashila Institution.
