Sustainabilty Director at Aalberts hydronic flow control

Ido van Ham is a seasoned professional in sustainability and supply chain management, currently serving as the Sustainability Director at Aalberts hydronic flow control since December 2024. Prior to this role, Ido held the position of Global Sustainability Officer and S&OP lead at Aalberts integrated piping systems from February 2021 to December 2024. Ido's experience also includes managing the supply chain at Boboli Benelux B.V. and overseeing supply network planning at FrieslandCampina, where responsibilities encompassed planning for a network of Fast Moving Consumer Goods plants. Other roles in Ido's career include head of the planning team at Suominen Codi Wipes and various positions in supply chain planning at Heineken and PepsiCo. Ido began a career in business consulting at Atos Consulting, specializing in logistics and procurement, and conducted research for a master's thesis during an internship at Océ. Ido holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Operations Management from Tilburg University and completed a Sustainability Leadership Programme at TIAS School for Business and Society in 2023.
