Vera Nijwening

Vera Nijwening possesses extensive experience in business development and mergers & acquisitions, having held key positions at noteworthy companies. At Aalberts N.V., Vera served as Director of Business Development/M&A and previously as Business Development/M&A Manager from May 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Business Development Manager at Huisman Equipment B.V. from August 2020 to May 2022 and Senior M&A Consultant at Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2015 to August 2019, where Vera also worked as an M&A Consultant. An earlier position as a Graduate Intern in Management Consulting was held at KPMG in 2015. Vera holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.
