Bartlomiej Olejnik

Bartlomiej Olejnik has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Bartlomiej started their career as a Heat Treatment Operator at Nitrex HTC in 2004. Bartlomiej then joined Bodycote, where they worked as a Heat Treatment Operator and later became a Production Manager from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined Tecvac Ltd as a Team Leader for a year. In 2008, they moved to Bodycote again, this time as a Sales Manager, and stayed in this role until 2014. In 2014, they joined Hauck Heat Treatment Poland as a Plant Manager until 2016. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Aalberts surface technologies, where they are responsible for two facilities in Poland.

Bartlomiej Olejnik attended Technikum Elektronicze w Zbąszynku from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Technik elektronik with a field of study in Systemy komputerowe. After that, from 2007 to 2011, Bartlomiej enrolled at the University of Zielona Góra, where they obtained a degree in Inżynier in the field of Inżynieria/zarządzanie przemysłem.
