Reine Lydie BILLE has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Responsable HSE at Aalberts Surface Technologies since September 2018, where previous roles included Ingénieur HSE and Assistante HSE. Additionally, Reine held the position of Assistant Qualité at Aalberts Surface Technologies from March to July 2018, focusing on metrology and client non-conformity issues. Earlier experience includes working as a Contrôleur Qualité at COGRAL/SPA Algerie, specializing in the physico-chemical analysis of soybean oil. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in QHSE from the Institut Supérieur d'Etudes en Alternance du Développement Durable, a professional license in Management of Quality Hygiene Safety Environment from Université de Picardie Jules Verne, and a BTS in Quality Control in the Agro-Food Industries from INSFP in Algeria.
