Marit Risdahl

Marit Risdahl is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership and education within municipal and asylum services in Denmark. Currently serving as Funktionsleder at Rebild Kommune since February 2022, Marit oversees A-Dagpenge, Kontanthjælp, Integration, and Virksomhedsservice. Previous roles include leading the Integration Department at Favrskov Kommune and serving as Center Leader for Jammerbugt Asylum Department Nord. Marit has represented municipalities in delegations to Rwanda, providing pre-departure orientation for refugees. An active contributor to the sector, Marit has held various leadership positions since 2004 and possesses a strong educational background in public leadership and social work, having completed numerous specialized programs at VIA University College and Aalborg University.
