Gavin Ridley is a Neutronics Analyst at Aalo Atomics, responsible for core design and optimization for the Aalo-1 reactor since May 2023. Ridley has a strong academic background, currently pursuing a PhD in Nuclear Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a focus on GPU-oriented algorithms for continuous energy Monte Carlo neutron transport.
