Darren Wall

Darren Wall is a skilled engineer specializing in propulsion and electronics development, currently serving as a Propulsion Development Engineer at AALTO HAPS since September 2022. With previous roles including Head of Electronics at Bramble Energy Limited and Senior Electronics Engineer at Fotech Group, Darren has extensive experience in electronic warfare and system design. Notably, at Leonardo Tactical Systems, Darren managed RF system designs, while also contributing to innovative projects such as the design of a space debris removal satellite at Surrey Space Centre Limited, which was successfully launched by NASA. Darren's technical expertise is further evidenced by contributions to advanced technologies, including the Airbus A380 jet engine fuel pump at Eaton Aerospace and various consulting roles across leading companies. Darren holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brunel University London and an HND with Distinctions from Norwich City College.
